Excellent value for money. We had a 20sqm twin bed room which is big by Japanese standards. It is not all new and super chic but it is clean and has all you need. We could even open the window. For about 90USD per night incl. breakfast I would always return.

Very good location, just 10min walk to Tenjin MRT station. Room are spacious

Room was spacious although dated in terms of furnishing and design. Bathroom was also bigger than other business hotels. Toilet was not heated if that is your preference, good to note.
